Lady Sparks wanted Tailus' best, so that's what she gets! Both Eev and Raichu are fast, but Eev's Agility proves more than Raichu can handle. Seeing the battle not going her way, Sparks commands Raichu to unleash its secret move: Surf.
The giant wall of water roars close, but Eev remains frozen to the spot by his phobia...
